Once we sent you the tracking number. Please, rest assured that your product is on its way. We are also users of courier companies, customs clearance procedures and so on. We do not have control over their step by step operation

Bear in mind that It only applies to faulty goods! Why? Because in the Sex toy industry any dispatched product is considered used. You´ve got this. Isn´t it? You never will receive a product previously received by another person.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you only need to send us evidence of the issue (pictures, videos). After, a max. 4Forty-eight hours of discussion with the factory we usually send you a brand new product. Unless you decide to proceed differently, the quality of the evidence is vital to advance faster and avoid the shipment of new faulty products.

5- SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS
Again, simple! Only for very special -delicate- cases, we will ask you to return the product. That's why your evidence and explanation of the problem are crucial!

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
